Pet-A-Palooza!!!!

So this last week has shaped out pretty nicely. First of all, we got Colton enrolled in his EMT class, and he is on his way to becoming a firefighter! Also, I got a job! I start in a little over a week, we are very excited. It is just a little filler job, I will still be looking for something better, but for a while, Anything is better than nothing. And you never know, I might like it more than I think! So good things happening all around.
This weekend we had a blast! We went to Pet-A-Palooza on Saturday, which is a dog amusement park. It was fun, and it was a great chance to socialize our dogs with other dogs and people in large groups. Both Darken and Martini did great, everyone loved them! Martini got her picture taken a lot, and eventually she even got comfortable enough to do some tricks and show off for people! They had "High Flying Dogs" There, which is a dog club that does frisbee stuff with the dogs. It is way cool! So we had a good time with that. And Martini got a free little dog shirt! It is kind of boyish though, it is blue and when she wears it she doesn't look like a girl. But we had a good time. We Tried to take a little family picture with the dogs, but apparently we all have a problem looking at the camera, lol. Afterwards the Dogs were so tired, they crashed and slept for hours! Then they woke up and we played in the leaves in the front yard. It was fun, they had a lot of fun playing with each other.They are so fun! Colton's parents also came down on Friday and Saturday so we got to see them too, which was fun. I am very happy right now and excited to see how the next week turns out as Colton starts school! So many things to be thankful for these days....
